# Điều chỉnh thông tin tài khoản người dùng Microsoft 365

### Hướng dẫn chỉnh sửa thông tin và vai trò cho tài khoản người dùng hiện tại:

**Bước 1:** Sau khi đăng nhập, bạn chọn **"Bảng điều khiển"**.

**Bước 2:** Bạn kéo xuống cuối trang để tìm mục **"Thống kê người dùng O365"**, và chọn **"Xem danh sách người dùng"**.

**Bước 3:** Danh sách người dùng sẽ hiện ra, và bạn tiếp tục chọn **"..."** và **"Chỉnh sửa thông tin người dùng"** để chỉnh sửa thông tin.

Bạn có thể xem thông tin hoặc vai trò hiện có và cập nhật chúng. Thông tin có sẵn và có thể được chỉnh sửa là **"Tên"**, **"Họ"**, **"Tên hiển thị"**, **"Vị trí"** và **"Vai trò"**.

**Bước 4:** Chọn phần thông tin muốn chỉnh sửa, chỉnh sửa thông tin và chọn **"Cập nhập"** để hoàn tất.

Khi chọn **"Cập nhật"**, thông tin hoặc vai trò của người dùng Office 365 sẽ được cập nhật tương ứng.

### Hướng dẫn chỉnh sửa mật khẩu cho tài khoản người dùng hiện tại: 

**Bước 1:** Ở trang danh sách người dùng, bạn chọn **"..."** và **"Chỉnh sửa mật khẩu"** để chỉnh sửa mật khẩu.

Khi bạn chọn đặt lại mật khẩu cho tài khoản Office 365, các tùy chọn tương tự sẽ hiển thị như khi tạo mật khẩu mới cho tài khoản người dùng. 

**Bước 2:** Có hai tùy chọn khi đặt mật khẩu mới, đó là **"Tạo mật khẩu tự động"** và **"Tự tạo mật khẩu"**. Bạn điền mật khẩu mới rồi xác nhận lại mật khẩu, sau đó chọn **"Đặt lại"** để xác nhận.
